My Sky plus is not working

My Sky + is not working after I sent back the old box and have received the new box, please advise

Presumably not Sky+.

 

Do you have Sky Q? Or Sky Stream?

The main TV is working, but the add on TV in another room us saying it cannot pick up the external signal. I have switched both tvs off St rhe mains and put them on 3 times now and the same message is showing on the other TV. Not sure what to do now!

Without lnow which box you hace it's very difficult for the forum to help

 

Does your new box connect to a satellite dish at all?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
