My Sky Glass is always lagging, freezing, stuttering and going out of sync ( occasionally) Gets

This is interesting. 

I have seen this on my own, my parents and my sisters tvs. 

the menus become slow to navigate, and button presses are instantly recognised. 

iv noticed that a reboot of glass rectifies it. 

it's seems like some memory over the days usage is possibly creating the lag. 

this has all happened since the latest software update. 

edit- all 3 tvs are Ethernet connected to fttp connections.

I experienced issues with lag and audio/video desynchronization, especially with the YouTube app. I managed to fix it by disabling the automatic viewing mode and setting it to manual (from the general settings of the TV). I assume the processor struggles to handle sudden scene changes...

Swithched from eternet cable to wifi into puck, and download speed now cica 138 Mbps

Obvioulsy a dodgy enternet cable - now we can wAtch the MasterS without a lag

The Ethernet port on a Stream puck is capped at 100Mbps. This is normally more than enough for streaming in UHD. If your WiFi connection is stable enough then you can achieve a faster speed to the puck.

I have now the same problem, called sky, they had tried to convince its my broadband latency issues, currently 20 devices connected 750mbps, router in same room, she trys to tell me its a picture frame near my router. Ive even had ethernet plugged in. Sky taking no responsibility. Terrible piece of kit. Have to reboot tv daily to get going, internet still fine thou.

Now that interesting and explains problem with Ethernet problem in two rooms - solved by switching to Wi-fi

Luckily with sky protect, exchanging tv on sunday, lets see if i have Internet issues then.... also had the tv for over 2 years and no issues untill the last 40days or so.
