Sky Glass 55" dark bands on Screen

Hi, My Sky Glass 55" TV has started to show dark bands vertically down the screen. It's not done it before, and it is particularly noticable when watching sports, like football, where the bands become really noticable becuase of the movement. Has anyone else experienced this? I've done all the usual reboot, factory reset of screen settings, checked the software version etc - but still the same

@FayeDB

If pulling the plug doesn't resolve it then you will need to contact sky for a warranty conversation ....

yes it's a fault that's been reported on this forum previously (including myself!)

Re: Sky Glass 55" dark bands on Screen

My Sky Glass 55 has randomly started getting a regular dark band/shadow down the centre of the screen. It's about 2-3inch wide and much worse when watching football but does it other times too. Tried all  the same fixes previously mentioned but nothing gets rid of it. Very poor and massiunimpressed as I have done nothing to cause this. Rubbish quality!

@KMorley76

I had a 2 inch wide grey line on my Glass TV about 2 years ago. A normal reboot didn't help so I left the TV unplugged overnight and the line disappeared and luckily it never came back (I sold the glass TV a year later).  Give it a try but if it doesn't resolve the issue or if it keeps coming back you should call Sky for additional troubleshooting and if necessary a replacement TV (assuming it is still within its 24 month warranty).
