Missing Episodes Sky Glass
Moved to sky glass for the upgrade to TV and sound etc... thinking new tech, should be good.
Had this several times now across multiple channels. Wife trying to watch Coronation Street which is on playlist... Today is Wednesday and that episode shows... as does Fridays... yet mondays does not!! And is in ITVX app itself but not on the playlist or when you search for it on tv shows.
SKY Q NEVER had this problem and was easier to manage what you had seen or not seen.. seems this streaming service is full of flaws, for which we are paying a premium price.

Sky Q had the ability to record locally. Sky Glass doesn't, it relies on data communication between the broadcasters infrastructure and Sky's. Given we are fellow customers on the forum, the best advice would be to email Sky's viewer relations team (viewerR@sky.uk) and they will investigate with the relevant team and/or broadcaster.

That will likely be due to missing metadata on that episode in the ITV X app.
Unfortunately that's quite common for shows on ITV X with missing ir incorrect metadata so doesn't show as part of the integration the Sky OS has with ITV X. I've noticed it several times over the past 6 months for ITV X shows. Typically after several days it seems the metadata is fixed and thus it shows up correctly on the playlist. The easy work-around is just to open ITV X and watch the show directly from it.
