Loud base type background noise on new sky glass tv ?

Hi just bought gorgeous sky glass tv but there's a loud base like sound coming fro

 it ? At first I thought it was outdoors ! Tried adjusting all sound options available with no luck. Any ideas anyone please ?

If a reboot doesn't solve it then you'll need to ring Sky and get it replaced. Sounds like it could be a dodgy subwoofer.
