Anyone else have/had this problem?
This is my 2nd sky glass TV!
1st one had the famous blue line and now my 2nd has this.....
tried to turn it off and on again etc and it's still there!
hassle I can't be bothered with!

There's a few things that could potentially resolve this and 1 I believe you've attempted.
Turn the tv off for a few minutes then back on.
Hard reset the tv but when phoning sky they run it through with you.
Phone Sky for a replacement tv - yes your 3rd!
OR
it could possibly fix with an update.
