Hi
I have had this tv for around 9 months, it hasn't been moved or touched in anyway, but in the last week a line of pixels has appeared around 1 inch down from the top of the screen, I have unplugged all HDMI cables and its still there, has anyone any ideas with this issue?

@Danceswithsheep you might need to switch your Glass off at the plug overnight if a briefer power off doesn't improve it.

Try turning the tv off, and unplugging it from the mains for about ten minutes, plug it back in and push and hold the power button on the side of the sky glass tv at the same time this has worked for other people on here in the past

The good news is that if you bought it new nine months ago then it's covered under warranty so Sky should replace it if required.

Thank you for your reply's, I did all the resets and then rang sky whom are going to replace the tv, thank you all.

That's wise: while wide vertical stripes can be transitory (and resolved by a reset) a narrow horizontal line is almost certainly going to be terminal.
