Hi @Jim45 I would give Sky a call to ask them for the alternative remote. 
When I cancelled my Glass subscription nearly 2 years ago and moved to a Stream puck I sold my Glass TV and the purchaser was not bothered about the alternative remote so I didn't chased it with the result that I never received one.
