Keeps turning off and freezing

Getting rather  feed up half way through a movie and it freezes then completely cuts out pick won't start or anything tried everything and nothing will work go through same process three to four times a night think may have made a mistake coming back to sky 😞

Is that on a Sky Glass TV or a puck, seeing as you mention 'pick' above?


Can you do a network speed test on your Sky Glass Tv or puck that is having the fault.
Launch Netflix on your Glass TV or puck (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.
What is your speed?

Sport mean puck damage auto correct runs on stream

Hi thank yes sorry meant puck damage auto correct auto correct 🫣🤯 so done that and showing no problems and speeds is 73.6 mp says it's all good down stairs one works fine just one upstairs 🫣
