I see that you can get an app called Roxi on a smart q tv, is this possible with a sky glass tv?

No Roxi isn't available. Sting Ray is if you have the Sky Live camera.

Well yes and no. It seems Roxi is part of the latest software update, however a number of customers like myself had the latest software update yesterday morning only for it to be rolled back by Sky later in the day.
its quite possible if the rollback is intended that people who are seeing the roxi app now may well lose access to it should their glass or stream firmware get rolled back over the next few days.

I don't believe the Roxi microphone connects to the television set at all.
