Issues with adverts

Everytime I accidentally catch fast forward on adverts it reverts back to before the adverts after watching them for the length of time they are on then you end having to watch them twice again before the program carries on so if the adverts are 3 mins long you end up watching 9 mins before you can continue the program

You have to pay to skip them I pay £5 for my sky and £4 for netflix bloody cheek only on glass free normal sky Q £9 a month just to forward the adds.

Netflix Standard has an extra cost on Q as well (slightly more expensive than the same upgrade from Standard with Adverts on Glass/Stream)
