Hey all, Just wondering, is anyone else having issues with their sky glass? Mine keeps crashing, sometimes taking over a minute to turn on and quite frequently it doesnt even turn on at all, also having it just randomly turn off on you?
Im no longer using sky tv package anymore, i havent got the speech thing & motion detection on either
I'm at the point of trying to return the TV. Any Suggestions?

If you no longer subscribe to Sky TV and the Glass is essentially be using as a traditional freeview TV, i'd suggest is trying a factory restore and seeing if that helps.

I've already done that, even though it was bought outright?

Do you want Sky to recycle it for you?

Meant to say, wasn't bought outright* was still paying it via there finance, sorry 😅

That's largely irrelevant. You still owned it from the day you took delivery of it. You're just paying back a loan that you took out to buy it.

I believe I've got another 1 to 2 years

You're unlikely to get any assistance from Sky if you are no longer a Sky Streaming TV subscriber🤔

The issue will be more its out of warranty rather than being an active Sky customer or not.
