Issues with Sky Glass 55”

Had my Sky Glass for around a year and is the worst thing I've purchased, it freezes and needs hard restart at least once a day and recently now (with 300mbps full fibre) cannot connect securely to the net - even though my fire stick on a different TV is totally fine.

 

Is there a way to cut the contract and send it back as it is not fit for purpose, I've tried to complain before and been fobbed off time and again.

 

Anyone at Sky willing to tear up this contract and let me go back to Sky Q - take this useless TV back
