Issues with Sky Glass 55”
Had my Sky Glass for around a year and is the worst thing I've purchased, it freezes and needs hard restart at least once a day and recently now (with 300mbps full fibre) cannot connect securely to the net - even though my fire stick on a different TV is totally fine.
Is there a way to cut the contract and send it back as it is not fit for purpose, I've tried to complain before and been fobbed off time and again.
Anyone at Sky willing to tear up this contract and let me go back to Sky Q - take this useless TV back

Your best bet is a warranty exchange under the 2 year warranty
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.

Does the Fire Stick work when attached to the Sky Glass TV?

Only every so often - sometimes won't load at all, TV seems to only garnish 80mbps when all other devices are on 300

Is there something unusual about the location of the Sky Glass TV if the Fire Stick is also have issues?

No it's in the lounge about 10ft from the router

Have you tried to remove and re add the WiFi network

Factory reset the TV and updated the software and it's still temperamental
