It's very slow,keeps glitching,screen pixels,disconnects

How do you have the Glass TV connected to the internet, via Wifi or ethernet?

 

What is the broadband speed you are getting to your property?

 

What is the broadband speed the Glass TV is getting? ( you can check this by opening Netflix on the Sky Glass, going to Get Help -> Check Your Network, and it will run a diagnostic and give you the download speed).
