Internet problems

My glass tv is connected via Ethernet cable to the router but is still loosing connection intermittently I had this problem last year the internet was upgraded to a fibre connection and the problem had been solved but the issue has started again

worth trying to connect with WiFi and not Ethernet to see if the problem persists
