Incorrect region on Sky Glass
I moved from Northamptonshire to Northumberland 18 months ago then to Weardale 4 months ago but still have the regional channels for the East of England. I have spoken to Sky on a few occasions and they said it would change within 48 hours but this has never happened. It is very frustrating to not be able to get local news and events. Can anyone help?

Hi Gill,
Did you ever get a resolution on this issue from SKY? I am having the same issue having moved from Northumberland to the Isle of Lewis some six weeks ago and despite changing all app details etc, am still receiving regional news for the North East & Cumbria! Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately the answer is a big fat No!!!
Despite living in the North East for 13 months we still only get the news for the East of England.
To be honest I'm not sure it will ever get sorted but I hope you manage better than us.
