ITVX on Glass

Hi all, 

Not suprised but I'm coming to the end of my SkyGlass Monthly Payments (I'm hoping to get rid of the whole lot), and now it's starting playing up. 

1: Live UFC always shows in Playlists, but when I go to remove it by pressing the red button, it asks me which playlist to add it to. I've checked all Playlists and its not in any. 

2: ITVX - I get the error "Sorry, this app is currently unavailable". I've tried resetting by taking the plug out and leaving it for a few minutes and also tried the App refresh in System Settings. Both to no avail. 

Please help. The Mrs is driving me mad as she has 2 weeks of Corrie to catch up on!!.

For ITVX, have you tried voice control? If you say "ITVX" into your remote does the app open? 

If you can open it and it still doesn't work, try clearing the cache. On the ITVX home page, press the following on the Glass TV remote:

0 0 0 0 7 7 7

Close the app and power off the TV for a minute or two. Power it on and see if it's any better.

Voice control doesn't work and I can't get into the app to clear the cache. 

I also want to avoid a factory reset too.
