New program today for ITV but still old livery in evidence. ITV Hub or ITVX. Not the end of the world but surprised hub logos are creeping in.
In addition there should be two episodes of this series available today but only one loaded. ITVX is pitiful in updating to Sky, totally unreliable. I have reported it alongside three other ITVX missing content.
EDIT
Now I see what they have done! ITV have given the second episode in the series a different title so Sky are unable to link them. SOCIAL MEDIA MURDERS is at the front of episode one and the second half of episode 2 🙄 Episodes 3 & 4 are next week, if I can find them 🤔
Sloppy no excuse.
EDIT 2
It gets better by the minute 🤣
Sorry Sky I'm really trying to use my Puck but once again 🍎 to the rescue.
Edit 3
ViewerR responded within the hour.
So.... missing content you chase it up customer, hmmmm.

Funny that Sky in my communication with them earlier, had forwarded the issue on to the provider, in this instance E4.
Maybe you got unluncky with the advisor dealing with your query. As you say though, the emphasis should be on Sky to remedy the issues, whether it's theirs or somebody else's. It's Sky's platform and product and you would assume they would want to keep 3rd party providers inline.

Fully agree, you'd also think Sky would want their platform up to date.
In honesty I rarely use itvx on Sky anyway preferring 🍎 as I have itvx premium it plays the program without AD idents so just like watching BBC.
These little things get you thinking though when paying a premium to Sky each month for the service.

The premise of Stream is really exciting and could, if implemented in the right way consistently, be a TV game changer for how we consume media.
The issue I have is the amount of indifferent experiences people continue to have.
Apart from the CW rail and one or two nuances, mine has been pretty steady, certainly since we moved into our new house with it's faster broadband. The product though needs to be reliable for all, not everybody gets superfast broadband. The UHD on my directly hardwired connection with 85mb speed still has occassional issues; that is unexceptable when my AppleTV box can produce 4K Dolby Vision and Atmos without stress on 50mb speed via a Powerline connection.
Sky for too long rested on its reputation and its innovation slowed down. By the time Comcast came along and bought it, many other companies had come along and leapfrogged them, now I feel they are rushing out products to try and keep up, when they were once the market kleaders. You only have to see what Apple are doing with MLB and now MLS, plus the money that Amazon have thrown at EPL coverage.

I've found it quite stable of late, no major issues just these little niggles. ITVX is not good. Still on 14 and it's fine.

Still on 14 too, but nothing major from the start for me really. Wife is still getting used to it and would probably go back to Q tomorrow if she could, but as early adopters of Q, we battled through the niggles and frustartions of that too in the beginning, so I am happy to see how Stream develops.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Anonymous We got back home on Sunday to find QS014 had downloaded while we were away. I have had to reboot my system 3 times since Sunday which is rather annoying as my Glass had been so stable before the update. I'm hoping that QS015 will download soon as it may stabilise things again.

I'm now on QS015 updated today.

Absolutely nothing 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Netflix is different, but that's probably Netflix not Sky.
ITVX is still the same.
Playlist still not latest to oldest and few blue lines against watched.
Continue Watching still the same.
So nothing I can see dynamic must be squashing some bugs 🐛
