How can I chaange my sky glass accont address without having to stay on hold for hours on a call? I moved Sept. 22 and did not need any Sky engineer help to set up my Sky Glass TV. I did once manage to speak to Sky on the phone but was put back on hold and eventually gave up!

Have you tried calling today? As far as I'm aware you can only do change of address by calling in.

You need to call to change an address on your account; the only thing you can change yourself is where Sky Store buy and keep orders are sent. When you call, just ask for the home move team when prompted. Took me less than 10 minutes to do in the end.
