I want to cancel sky stream

We've had sky stream for about 4 days now. Primarily so I can record the F1 and so we can watch Gold amongst other things. Recorded the start of F1 this weekend and can't watch it. Won't load, live tv keeps crapping out as well. Thought this might be a better experience than dish and sky Q but sadly not. Just want to cancel but sky does not make this easy

You will need to speak to Sky customer services. We are fellow customers here on the forum.
