My service has been suspended and I’m trying to pay my bill

I need to speak with a human to pay my bill.

You can pay what you owe via the MySky app on a mobile device or online here:

 

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

 

As well as doing this you will also need to setup a monthly payment method like a credit/debit card or a direct debit.

 

Once you have made the payment you will have to wait until it has been cleared by the banks which will not happen until Monday at the earliest.

If your services have been suspended then you will not be able to talk to anyone at Sky until you pay what you owe.
