I paid for my device contract, yet they canceled me

I had two separate contracts with sky, one the TV sky glass contract for £19 per month, and another different contract for channels for 40+pounds, few months ago I had to be taken to hospital, and hardship started, but every single month, I made sure I paid 19 pounds for my device contract and made sure they knew that was for the device by calling them, although I had to pay them 60 pounds from another different contract for Channels, however they terminated my DEVICE CONTRACT!!!!!! And worse than that, at the time I was waiting for a reply to my complaint they did it and even worse, they keep ignoring every single complaint.. Please help.

Hi @Tousi2 I'm sorry to hear about your health and subsequent problems.  As this is a customer forum we are not in a position to help with your issue but I would suggest you make formal complaint, in writing,  via the proper channels (I suspect you have just been complaining to customer services).  The following link should help you.
