I ordered sky glass and was told delivery 02.12.23. I booked the day off work and stayed in all day as delivery was between 8am and 6pm. Nothing came. I rang and kept being put through to different departments and got cut off 5 times over a 3.5 hour period. Still heard nothing from sky for my delivery. Please can I have an update as I have renewed my contract around the sky glass being in place. I am one very unhappy customer especially when I keep being told I am a VIP customer!!! Please can someone look into this urgently

As @GD1 has said we are all customers here. Did you get a text message from panther (sky's delivery partner) the evening before? Have you completed all paperwork if required (i.e. signed the contract if purchasing on finance?) What does order tracking say on my sky?
Unfortunately you will need to persevere with Sky CS and/or raise a complaint https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
