The dots are permanent and show up more when the picture is a solid colour, particularly a light colour.

That looks suspiciously like the stand has been tightened too much and has therefore put too much pressure on the backlight array. The small dots appear to be the individual backlights as they are arranged in a very distinct pattern.
Have you only just received the Glass TV or have you had it a while?
In any case I'd get onto Sky and describe the symptoms, then insist on a replacement under warranty.

I'm having an issue where there is a blacknspot then then 2 purple lines and a green line running down the left the rv isn't even 12 months old yet I tried to call the adviser made out they couldn't hear me. Over £700 TV I actually think sky needs to contact me because I've tries to contact them

The contact centre lines are very busy at the moment due to the issues on some devices over the weekend.
in the meantime have you tried to pull the plug for a few minutes as this can sometimes clear screen issues
