I have issues with Sky Glass TV

It's absolutely rubbish. It only works when it wants the to. It regularly ( everyday) goes completely blank. Every day there are technical issues and you have to wait for programmes to load and they don't, without us switching the TV off then on again.  Complete rubbish.

@SUGARCULT  How long have you had Glass?

Those issues are typically caused as a result of a weak internet connection that the Glass is receiving. Do you have it connected via Wifi or ethernet cable?

 

If you open Netflix go to Get Help -> Check Your Network it will perform a speed test and show what download speed the Glass is getting.
