I hate sky glass- please can I have sky q back

I am so unhappy with sky glass. The playlist is not fit for purpose it is difficult to use and it keeps buffering even with ultra broadband 

Not happy with product at all wish I could get rid and have sky q back

@ORANGATANGA73   You would need to call Sky and return Glass within thr 31 days cool off.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

You can get rid. If you've had it for longer than 31 days then you can still phone Sky and ask to cancel the streaming subscription and switch to a Sky Q subscription. You would need to continue making monthly payments for the cost of the TV itself (if that's how you chose to pay) and would need an engineer visit to re-install a Sky Q box which would attach to the Glass TV via HDMI. 

If you want to get rid of the Glass TV completely then you are free to give it away or sell it as it belongs to you. You will still need to pay off any remaining balance you owe on the cost of it, if you purchased on a finance deal.

Just out of interest  are you  connected  by  WiFi ? Have  you  tried an ethernet  cable it is  more stable

OR powerline networking if a Ethernet cable is impractical?

Hi thanks everyone for your responses and help. I am keeping my sky glass tv but having sky q back - very happy about this 😊

I have sky q back and it is excellent with the sky glass tv - i forgot how great it is!!!

totally agree with you Sky Glass is total rubbish. wish i just replaced my sky q when it packed up. have to keep unplugging to reset, sitting there to on standby flickers, start playing sound. hate  the recording feature. half the time what's downloaded won't play and you have to play something else then go back.
