A lot of programs not connected due to technical failures , told to try again later .
Cannot connect Boss soundbar remotely. only use TV speaker. Can i terminate my contract with sKy glass without any cost due to poor Quality of service?

Not for the speaker issue if you are attempting Bluetooth connection: that's never been advertised as a feature.
Outside the cooling off period, you'll need to argue under consumer protection legislation that the set isn't as described / of satisfactory quality / fit for purpose, and give Sky a chance to remedy the situation: you can't exit a contract unilaterally and expect not to be penalised.

What is your Internet speed and are you using WiFi or ethernet cable, you can find you speed on the Netflix app in the settings

Are you connected via WIFI. This sounds to me like the strength and stability of your home WIFI may be not be good enough for Sky Glass. A simple test is to disabled the Wifi in the settings of the Sky Glass, conenct the Sky Glass to the router via an ethernet cable, and then turn the Sky Glass off at the plug for 2 minutes and then see if that imporved the "technical failures".

Call Sky today. You should still be able to return it for a full refund.
