I can't watch new content from itvx on my Sky glass TV. I can watch it via an iPad or mobile phone but not tv

Firstly reboot your Glass TV by switching it off at the plug socket and waiting for a minute before switching it on again. It will then take about a minute to reboot.
Then you could reset the ITVX app: open the app & enter 0 0 0 0 7 7 7 (no gaps). This clears the cache and should help resolve any issues with the specific ITVX app. After entering the code the App should respond by saying “The storage has been cleared”.

Excuse my ignorance but after opening the app on Sky glass I cannot find anywhere to enter the digits you referred to

Simply open the app and without selecting any programme just enter the number on your remote and it will respond that the storage has been cleared. 😀
I don't know if it will resolve your issue but it's worth a try (also do a reboot of your Glass TV)

Did both things. Rebooted and entered the code. Still doesn't work. Sky glass is beyond awful. I am paying £110 pm and can't even watch itv. When can you sort this awful service out ????

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Matt96 Welcome to the forum. We are customers like yourself on this public help forum so you are not actually talking to Sky. I suspect there is currently a bit of an issue with ITVX as since yesterday I am also having a few problems with it.
You could report your problem to the viewer relations team at viewerR@sky.uk

What programmes are not showing ? It could be the same for all glass users
if it is an email to viewerR@sky.uk will normally highlight the issue and get it resolved fairly quickly

It's not recently been last 3 weeks. Can't watch britains got talent or redeye. All in a joke. Sick of sky glass being really behind, live football is 20/30 seconds behind, I know a goal has scored before it's even gone in if I phone pings. Mentioned this to a sky glass employee and is solution was "turn your phone off then"
avoid sky glass at all costs. Worse decision I ever made
