How to restore tv

Had to clear my bill so my tv services were suspended have cleared bill and set up direct debit but when it gets to the bit saying restore it keeps saying try again does anyone know how to fix this

Hi @stace2192 

 

You need to clear your balance and set up a new continuous payment method. Depending on how long your were in arrears etc you may also need to wait for the payment to clear sky's account before services are restored.

And try restarting as described in the "viewing not restored after reinstating" section.
