Sky Glass Gen 2 - out of stock?

I've currently got Sky Q but have been looking at the Glass for a while now, i'm about to move home (already booked) and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to update my tech at the same time, but its saying out of stock, with no indication of when it will be back in stock. I've tried pressing continue to see what options it gives me for any future stock or delivery etc but it crashes and I go back to the start. Can anyone advise? Thanks!

@lottie86 This is a customer help customer forum so you are not addressing SKy.  Unfortunately we will not be able to tell you when Glass Gen 2 is back in stock, for this you will need to call Sky.

 

If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150.

 

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it. .Apparently the quieter times to phone are 7-8 am or 8-9pm

 

To get past the chatbot just stay silent when it asks you questions and it will eventually put you through to the Customer Services team.

Thanks for your reply, I know its a community - and ive tried the 'lovely' virtual bot with no joy - I didnt know if anyone had got any further when they pressed continue to see any other updates that mine refreshes at
