'Wii Fit' is software, not hardware.  If you mean an original Wii console running a Wii Fit disk, those never officially had HDMI output, and a Glass television has no legacy video input ports.

You could try a third-party (non-Nintendo) Wii - HDMI adapter which are still available, plus a long HDMI cable, but there's no guarantee that will work with Glass: given they were launched in 2006 and discontinued a decade ago, Wii consoles are now antiques.

The HDMI ports on Glass are designed to be somewhat accessible from underneath when wall-mounted, although the dimensions of the recess makes this tricky.

I'd note that a Wii U does have HDMI output, and 'Wii Fit U' was a product back in 2013.
