Volume isnt working on the sky glass remote after trying all the steps and re-pairing the remote
Volume isnt working on the sky glass remote after trying all the steps and re-pairing the remote. Also tried new batteries and turning the TV off and turning it back on after 15 seconds.

Have you tried pulling the plug from the socket for 10 mins
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M350 hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.

Re: Volume isnt working on the sky glass remote after trying all the steps and re-pairing the remote
@Newbie43 Welcome to the forum. I see you have been unsuccessful with the obvious solutions. One other thing you could try is holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including mine on two occasions).
If that doesn't help then I would request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote
If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement.
