When I got sky glass I was told I would receive a gift card after 41 days I have still not received it or any information on this matter

Hi @Nanto28 welcome to to forum.

When I subscribed to Glass in July the offer was a £100 pre-paid Mastercard which I did not receive. I phoned Sky and Customer Services sorted it out for me. They won't start processing offers until after your 31 day cooling off period has passed . Maybe give them a call.
