Hi I can't see the + icon on my playlist so I can personalise the list of shows I have chosen ? There is no person icon either, as shown when I search "how to"
Can anyone help? thanks

To add a show to your playlist you have a number of options.
1) From the TV Guide highlight the show and press the + button on your remotez
2) voice search for the show and the programme page will come up. You can then either press the + button on your remote or select the "add" button from the programme page.

that could be a little glitch, have you tried turning off the device by the plug for 30 seconds to see if a full reboot solves it?

they work via instant messages rather than a live chat so there can be delays with getting responses when engaging with them but you may find that easier than trying to call Sky.

Hi Mark, thought I would let you know it has just done a download and then restarted ..while I was watching a programme....and it's now there! 😃

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAh so it was a stuck software update causing the issue then. I bet one of your reboots actually kicked it into life and caused it to progress from whatever point it got stuck at.
