we were given a work around last night changing the sound from auto to PCM which worked for around half an hour but it's back to being a problem now.
Have you tried a full reboot of the TV? Turn off at the wall for a minute then power back on & allow it to restart. If this doesn't fix it then you'll need to ring Sky for further troubleshooting.
The Glass speakers can be prone to failure, in which case Sky will swap the whole unit if still within the 2 year warranty period. If outside the warranty period you will need to pay for repair or replacement yourself.
