We are fellow subscribers on the community. You will need to provide some more information for us to be able to help. Is this a Gen 1 or 2 Glass? Is it far field mic only or does commands work via remote? Etc? How long after turning on does it work for? Is the an error message (e.g. sorry I didn't get that).

 

Have you tried the steps in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/voice-control-help-sky-glass

 

Please provide as much information as postcode us to be able to help.

mic works on remote

Hi @Ray57x 

 

try the below

 

Switch tv to standby (either with remote or button on side of set)

switch off at plu

switch on at plug (no waiting necessary)

When red / white standby light comes on, press HOME button on remote
