Hello, so I plugged in my Xbox series x into my hdmi 1 input. And every time I go to select it it's popping up with an error but it says a device is connected, how do I go about fixing this and getting it to work

Have you tried  hdim  port 3 and is this on a sky glass  and have you  gone is to  settings  and made sire that you have setup  for old devices?
