Having a mare trying to upgrade...

Can someone from sky contact me - I am trying to get the new sky glass and I am having an absolute mare..

I am not holding on the phone for 5 hours to try and get an new TV either..

Hi @MeKemp  We are subscribers like yourself on this help forum.

 

If you are not able to order online then you will need to call Sky.  If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150.

 

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

 

To get past the chatbot just stay silent when it asks you questions and don't hang up, you will eventually put you through to the Customer Services team.

 

Apparently the quieter times to phone are 7-8 am or 8-9pm

@MeKemp  No one can or will contact you in response to your post, no one knows who you are from a community login.

 

Is there a reason why you can't order a Glass TV online?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
