Have to keep restarting TV

Mine freezes and needs to be turned off at the mains every single day... the record is 5 times in one day!!

 

Tech support have been near to useless they blame my internet, which it is not! I would go back to sky Q in an instant but as I have had an entire fireplace built to ensure I have no wires exposed and still have 2 years to pay on the POS TV I'm stuck

 

Plus despite numerous complaints to Sky they have refused to let me return it

what have you tried to try and troubleshoot the problem..... are you connected via wifi or ethernet? What speed internet is arriving at your sky glass (as opposed to your line speed )?
