What reset procedure are you doing ? How long has it been like this ?

ME too. I have stream puck and its literally died. Get "No Wifi connection" everytime I power on.
I do the hard reset of the puck, set up the connection to the broadband (note: the fibre broadband is working fine, and am able to connect other devices successfully to the broadband) but after completing the above process, every single time the blue screen says: "No Wifi connection".
The amount of time i have spent hard resetting and reentering my network password has added up into hours! Is Sky going to compensate me for wasting my time continously trying to get my paid product to work? No! Am I going to have to complete the exact same process again when I speak to a customer service agent,....yes!
SKY, if you are reading this, provide me with a solution, and do not make me run around in circles completing the same reset and re-entering of wifi passwords as I have done for the last week of so.

If it is off this could be the cause of your issues as I had something similar on my Glass TV when I first got it a couple of years ago.

This same problem happens to me with the Sky TV Glass and is very frustrating. It turns on but will never connect to WiFi, I have to restart the device and then it works.
The puck upstairs doesn't have this issue, it is only the TV. Has anyone found a resolution to this?

Hi @CN128 Have a look at my post 4 above as this resolved the issue for me when I had Glass. Every morning it would say no network until I rebooted it. After turning on Networked Standby mode I never had the issue again. I actually turned off all the other option in the start up & standby menu.

@Fothergill1 thank you for your help, I will give this a try. I know I currently have that setting turned off as this was happening and it seemed better for a while than when it was on, I have since hard wired the TV in case it was a WiFi issue but the problem still persists. It's not every morning but most, I get the message that it could not connect. Very frustrating!
