Sky glass 3 times faulty

3 faulty sky glass tvs over an 18 month period

 

finally agreed to collect,took a week to grade "A" 

2 weeks later still refusing to give a refund as the credit agreement wont cancel and with a back office team who dont deal with the public

 

refusing to put in writing when collected,when graded and why no refund

 

no promise of when this will be resolved and this is already with executive customer service team !!!
