Half of my channels arnt working
Had sky installed yesterday and half of my channels arnt working screen goes white but sound still on or picture works but no sound

@Aitch4 You've posted on the Glass TV board, do you have Sky Glass.
This is a self install product so has no installer involved.
What message do you get on screen with the affected channels?
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
