HDMI not showing picture

I have tried numerous devices in all 3 HDMI ports in my sky glass now, all of those are giving sound out through the TV but none are providing a picture in the screen. The more TV channels work perfectly fine, only when you switch the source to HDMI 1,2 or 3 does it not display a imagine. I have also tried 3 different HDMI cables now and each cable is giving the same result

Hi @AidenR1 

 

Are the cables rated for HDCP 2.1? Older HDMI cables prove problematic with Glass. Also what devices have you tried? HDMI #3 has a compatibility option in Settings to help it work with older devices.
