Blank screen on Sky Glasd

Hi i paused my sky glass 65 inch briefly and the screenbwent black. When i unpaused it the sound was playing but no picture. Ive turned it off at the wall and unplugged and also reset it but its not working it switches on but the screen is still black?

Hi @krissi64 

 

When you say reset it what do you mean? Try unplugging it again from the wall for at least 5 minutes and plugging it in again. Doesn't the red light appear? Try pressing the home button on your remote to turn the TV ON. If this doesn't work, try the button on the side of your TV.
