Re: Green glitchy when navigating through live tv channels
This is my replacement TV. Image taken on 8th November. More or less an identical mark as on my original TV. I will be back onto Sky for another replacement. Only 5 months into my contract so I will not give up until I get a TV that does not have this issue.

Did you not read the post from @KevNewMedia
Just so that you know, this isn't a problem with the TV, it's software related and being worked on with priority. Your replacement TV may pick up the same software update, so want to reassure you that it's not the TV's at fault here.

Although to be fair, I'd want that TV swapped anyway due to uneven backlighting causing DSE.

Glitch
Hi kev,
Is there an update on the green glitch that has been appearing on the screen when changing channels?
I've only had my sky air tv 1 week and I'm a little concerned that this has happened.
Thanks

Hi @NL68
I understand your concern, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience. The good news is that a fix has been prepared and is under final testing now being rolled out. You are looking for UI version 3.66.1 or above and can check that in settings. The roll-out is a staggered one, whilst we work through everyone.
I'm going to mark this post as the current answer, so that everyone has the most up-to-date information.

Yes. There is no way to force the update, it will happen automatically.

As @BenJoBanjo has said, @Nero2 so that we can take a measured approach to the release, it's managed in batches and will be with you soon.

Re: Green glitchy when navigating through live tv channels
Hi Kev, are we talking days, weeks or months for this update to be completed?
Thanks
