Haven't got any Internet skyglass not working sky saying because of technical issue but don't have WiFi on phone either

All channels are delivered by the internet on Sky Glass. So if your internet is down / no connection you won't get service. Have your tried rebooting your hub in the first instance?
Do you get a connection on any device? If not you will need to call.Sky and get them to do troubleshooting/ fault trace. We are fellow subscribers on the forum.

In addition to what @mikealanr /Mike says try the following
Check to see if you have dial tone on a landline telephone plugged into the main telephone socket.
If you do have dial tone then Reset Router and Sky Glass by switching both off at the mains sockets for approximately 10 minutes and then switch on again
If you do not have dial tone then you have telephone line problem which will require Sky / Open Reach to investigate.
FYI, we are all Customers here and you will need to contact Sky Customer Services to arrange line investigation
