Glass volume auto drops to zero

Spent some time with Sky today and she suggested a replacement remote is in the post. Thought about it some more then spent an hour online with another Sky helper. We tried everything inc factory reset, now waiting for an engineer in 6 days. It's not 2 weeks old yet

If the tv is only 2 weeks  old and still under warranty then you should  ask for  a replacement, not heard of an engineer  coming  out for a sky glass tv  before, I would  call sky tomorrow  and  ask for a replacement  tv
