Glass upgrade

Thinking of upgrading from Sky Q to Glass, going through the My SKY app transferring it over with the same package as now and based on the 65 inch TV, it works out at £97 a month, bearing in mind there is another £28 to go onto that after 4 months as Sky Entertainment is £0 for 4 months, I also have one multiroom box so a pluck would be sent.

If I was a new customer signing up it would be £84 a month again based on Sky Entertainment £0 for 4 months.

Existing customer after 4 months - £125 a month

new customer - £109 a month after the first 4 months.

£16 a month difference, do Sky actually do anything to keep their customers or match offers? Been with them for 3 years and have always felt them decent to deal with when it comes to upgrading.

Currently paying £104 a month for Sky Q, Entertaining, Netflix, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, Kids, HD, UHD and Atmos and a multiroom box upstairs.

I ideally wanted a similar deal moving from Q to glass, been told to ring, does the loyalty team work on live chat?

any help would be much appreciated

thank you

Sky Glass Gen2 65"
Sky Air 43" in bedroom
LG 65" TV with Puck in spare room.

Broadband with Seethelight as on new build estate that does not support Sky.

Except in the case of a cash purchase the monthly cost of Glass is always going to be increased by the need to pay for a rather expensive television set over the finance term.

As frequently observed here, it's worth considering if a three year old mid range QLED is really worth its list price, particularly given that OLEDs are now available for comparable amounts to use with a Stream puck.
