Does the price they quote include the WiFi

I'm thinking of changing over to sky glass Is it any good I see alot of of people having problems also the the price they quote you they say they add your existing package does this include the WiFi and phone ?

Sky Glass is a Sky brand television set and content subscription 

Sky Stream is the content without the television set, delivered through a loaned Stream puck

Sky Broadband can be added to either of those for an additional cost (typically a minimum of around £26 per month)

It's inherent to support forums that posters are almost always having issues: hundreds of thousands of happy users don't post.

Glass is at best a mid-range QLED set now approaching three years old while still being sold at around its launch price, which is very unusual in the television market.  OLED hardware from other more established manufacturers is available at similar pricing.

Some advertised offers may be combining Sky Broadband with either Sky Glass or Sky Stream in the quoted monthly cost but they remain separate products.

WiFi and VOIP/PAYT phone services come free with a Sky BroadBand subscription😉

No ISP charge for WiFi ... although you can pay extra for WiFi mesh equipment which will usually improve WiFi connectivity in your home🤔
